Shipping Information
At BATHWAREHUB, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to help ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 24β72 hours after your order has been placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Pre-order items will be dispatched according to the estimated shipping timeframe shown on the relevant product page.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location.
Estimated delivery times are:

VIC, NSW and QLD metropolitan areas: 2β5 business days

SA, WA, TAS and regional/rural areas: 4β7 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping rates apply to metro areas only. Regional and remote areas may incur additional freight charges. If an adjustment is required, we will contact the customer before dispatch. All rates are in AUD and include GST. Rates are calculated on total combined shipment weight.
Please note that deliveries to some remote or regional locations may incur an additional shipping charge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch for approval. If the additional shipping fee is not accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
At this time, BATHWAREHUB ships within Australia only and does not currently offer international shipping.
