We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
